O2 Analyzer
MEDICAID O2 ANALYSER is indigenously designed and manufactured unit for measuring o2 concentration percentage. The unit runs on battery as well as mains. The use of the instrument permits the doctor to monitor the supply of 02 through anaesthesia trolley in surgery and also in ICU where the o2 supply is through pipe line or o2 concentrator.
FEATURES:
- Portable, Compact, and Light Weight
- Microprocessor controlled for enhanced performance.
- Large,easily readable,user controlled Backlit LCD display.
- Easy user operation
- Audible and visual High and Low Limit Alarms with different sounds.
- Sensor disconnect /failure alarm.
- Auto diagnostics with fault message.
- Simple system with Auto One touch calibration for high and low.
- Measurement range 0 to 100%.
- Fast sensor response and long life.
- Mains as well as battery operated.
General information:
During anaesthesia it is always advisable to use o2 monitor system to check the desired concentration of o2 and nitrous oxide. The high and low alarm setting permits the user the consistent supply of the gases. In ICU where cylinders are used the consumption of o2 is immediately alarmed by Medicaid Oxygen analyser. Using the o2 concentrator it becomes very important to check the o2 concentration at regular interval to confirm the proper functioning of zeolite. the reduction in concentration of o2 calls for replacement of zeolite. In all critical condition proper oxygenation is very vital for the survival of patient and Medicaid oxygen analyser monitors the supply efficiently thus adding to thebornaments of the clinician.
Applications and uses:
- Oxygen being the very vital component of the human life, it becomes very much important to regulate its intake during critical conditions and during surgery.
- The supply of oxygen in desired concentration should always be monitored during such conditions. During anaesthesia ratio of gases provided needs to be monitored. In order version of boyles apparatus where oxygen guard system is not available Medicaid oxygen analyser fills in the vacuum and adds to the safety of patient.
- The flow of oxygen in oxygen concentrator varies with the consumption of zeolite. It becomes very important to check the concentration provided by the machine at regular interval and Medicaid oxygen analyser does it accurately.
- When used with pipeline system or with oxygen cylinder, it assures the consistent supply and warns when the supply fails. Thus, again adding to the safety of critically ill patient.
